Case Fixing in Minnesota

Case Fixing takes place more than you could ever imagine.

See my websites in the right-hand Sidebar for more on the case fixing in Colorado and Minnesota.

I have been dealing with local, state, and federal government case fixers for over 5 years. I have filed over 50 court actions, but have never received even a sliver of justice or any due relief or remedy. I have requested over 50 administrative due processes, mainly in the child support program, but have never received any due process or resolution.

I have reported the case fixing, child abuses, the cheating of federally funded child welfare programs, the violations of our civil rights, etc., to local police, 3 sheriff's departments, 2 district attorney's offices, 2 county attorneys, the F.B.I., 2 U.S. Attorney's Offices, 3 federal judges, and the United States Attorney General, but have received no protection, investigation, prosecution, victim compensation, or restitution that my family has been entitled to since January 2005

I have reported the crimes in the child support program to all of the authorities above, and up the chain-of-command in the local and state departments of human services to the Executive Directors and Commissioners, and then up the chain-of-command at the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement, the U.S. Administration for Children and Families, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Office of Inspector General, the Department of Justice, and eleven State and United States’ Senators and Representatives for Minnesota and Colorado, but my federal rights were denied or ignored by all federal authorities and legislators too.

To date, over 100 local, state, and federal officials have been involved in my Title IV-D case; nearly all of whom know that the case was fixed and that both states are trying to collect an undue debt and a fictitious obligation, which is a Class B felony under federal law, but no victim services have ever been received and no issue has ever been resolved.

As a result of the case fixing, I am still unemployed and without a driver’s license, and have been separated from my kids for over 3.5 years...

I have been told by several government workers to sue them if I do not like what they are doing. So, that's what I'm doing now. So far in 2010, I have filed 10 criminal complaints and 3 civil complaints, and have several more in the works.

My Family:

My wife and I grew up in St. Peter. We have known each other for over 35 years, were in a relationship for 22 years, and were married for 15 years. We moved to Colorado in the early 1980s. We have 5 children.

Our last name is not posted online for the protection of my children. Click on the "My Family's Case" tab for more information.

I am seeking "SPONSORS" for financial and emotional support for my family during the pendency of our lawsuits against the case fixers. If you are interested in sponsoring my family, click on "Sponsors" above. Thank you.
